Alejandro is a qualified lawyer specialising in Financial Services Law, guiding clients through licence applications and upgrades, corporate re-structuring measures and other local and cross-border transactions, amongst other projects. Throughout his practice since 2015, he has been exposed to several areas within the industry, with a particular focus on Funds, Asset Management and Fintech. Alejandro is approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as a Director and Compliance Officer of regulated entities, and also acts as Company Secretary to licensed, listed and other companies based in Malta.
