Jonathan is a senior partner of InariLaw and heads the firm’s Civil Law and Litigation practice, with extensive experience in complex civil and commercial disputes. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and focuses on high-value litigation, international arbitration, asset recovery and the enforcement of arbitral awards, regularly advising clients on multi-jurisdictional matters, as well as in the fields of real estate and construction, public procurement, and employment and industrial relations. Jonathan is known for his strategic, results-driven approach and his ability to navigate intricate procedural and cross-border challenges in high-stakes disputes.
