Kirstin is an Associate within the firm’s Civil and Litigation Department, with a primary focus on commercial and civil law. She advises and represents clients in matters ranging from out-of-court settlements to litigation, including international arbitration proceedings. In addition to her commercial practice, Kirstin also has experience in family law, assisting clients in navigating sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. She supports clients in achieving amicable settlements and, where necessary, represents them in contentious proceedings before the Maltese Courts.
