Kirsty is a Junior Associate in our Civil and Litigation Department, with a primary focus on civil and commercial law. She advises and represents clients in a wide range of matters including debt recovery and property law in both judicial and extra-judicial disputes, and is also involved in the drafting of legal amendments. In addition, Kirsty also forms part of the legal team of a local private equity investor, where she plays an active role in negotiations, settlements, and enforcement.
