Kristina is an associate within the Civil and Litigation Department, with a primary focus on debt collection, employment law, and public procurement. Her work ranges from negotiations and drafting out-of-court settlement agreements to representing clients in litigation before Maltese courts and Tribunals. She advised on Malta’s first securitisation transaction, supporting a newly established public limited securitisation cell company in acquiring a portfolio of non-performing loans from a leading Maltese bank, and continues to assist with the ongoing management of the loan portfolio, including credit control and debt recovery. Kristina is dedicated to delivering practical, expert solutions that protect clients’ interests and achieve outcomes aligned with their goals.
