Michaela holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies and Communication Studies and is currently in her final year of the Bachelor of Laws course at the University of Malta. She has a particular academic interest in maritime law, with a focus on the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the yachting industry. She is currently working within the firm’s yachting and corporate and commercial departments, where she assists on a range of matters including yacht related transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate documentation. Her work also extends to supporting corporate and commercial matters relating to the structuring and day to day operations of businesses.
